SHIPPING POLICY

The orders are shipped within a week of receipt of the order. Though our goal is to have all our products in stock at all times, any item not in stock at the time of order may take 6-8 weeks of delivery time. All shipments are ex-warehouse New York.

Freight, Insurance and fuel surcharge are added to the invoice. All refused shipments will be charged the appropriate freight fees and 20% restocking fee.

RETURN POLICY

ALL CANCELLATION REQUESTS NEED TO BE EMAILED TO US. There will be a 20% restocking fee if cancellation is made after the item has been processed/shipped. Customer also bears the freight charges for the same.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

We will drop ship to any of your customers with no additional cost.
